- Juice of one lemon1/2 tablespoon
- Olive oil120 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Chop the garlic and the green smell. Place the cream, the parsley, the garlic and the lemon juice in the blender, on low speed, add the olive oil in a stream so that the sauce thickens, adjust the salt and that's it. You can exchange the green smell for paprika, pepper.
