- Iced milk100 ml
- Garlic (clove)1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell1 cup
- Oil2 cup
- In the blender add the milk, peeled garlic, green smell and salt, hit for 2 minutes
- Gradually add the oil until it reaches the desired consistency, I like it softer.
- Put in tubes and keep in the fridge
- Validity up to 1 week
- Serve with pastries, snacks, pizzas etc…
