- Chopped and steamed green beans200 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Small chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped small tomato1 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour8 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Baking Powder1 dessert spoon
- Oil for frying to taste
- In a pan over medium heat, add the onion, tomato and sauté well.
- Add the cooked pod and with the help of a spatula mix
- Transfer the stew into a bowl and let it cool.
- Put the salt, the eggs, the wheat flour, the baking powder and mix all the ingredients well
- Fry in spoonfuls in hot oil, drain on absorbent paper and serve hot!
