  • Cheese to taste
  1. Let the oven preheat
  2. Cut the chayotes, peel, remove the seeds and cut into cubes
  3. Put the chayotes in the kitchen
  4. When the chayote is al dente, remove the water, set aside.
  5. Take a platter, spread the chayote, add the cream, stir well until it mixes all over the chayote and add the grated cheese on top. Leave for 10 minutes to brown.
  6. Just serve right after with rice.
