- Cheese to taste
- Let the oven preheat
- Cut the chayotes, peel, remove the seeds and cut into cubes
- Put the chayotes in the kitchen
- When the chayote is al dente, remove the water, set aside.
- Take a platter, spread the chayote, add the cream, stir well until it mixes all over the chayote and add the grated cheese on top. Leave for 10 minutes to brown.
- Just serve right after with rice.
