- Medium cooked cauliflower (separate the cauliflower bouquets)1 unit(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Corn Starch3 tablespoon
- Vegetable stock cube1 unit(s)
- Nutmeg1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Sour cream100 g
- Whole milk500 ml
- Diced Fried Bacon100 g
- Small chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Grated Mozzarella100 g
- In a pan over medium heat, dissolve the cornstarch in the margarine, add the vegetable stock cube, nutmeg and salt.
- Add the milk, stirring constantly until it thickens, turn off the heat and add the cream. Reserve
- In a hot skillet, fry the bacon and onion. Reserve
- In a refractory, place the cooked cauliflower, bacon, mozzarella, white sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes until browned.
