  • Cauliflower1 unit(s)
  • Milk200 ml
  • Flour1 tablespoon
  • Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Grated cheese100 g
  • Ham100 g
  1. Cook the cauliflower in hot salted water until it becomes soft.
  2. Roll the ham forming rolls and cut and fill in the cauliflower spaces with these rolls
  3. In the blender, beat the milk and flour, season with salt and black pepper and add the curd.
  4. Take this cream to thicken in the pan and as soon as it thickens, add it to the cauliflower
  5. Finish with cheese and take it to the oven so that the cheese melts and it will be ready.
