  • Broccoli1/2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream100 ml
  • Mozzarella cheese30 g
  • Egg white1 unit(s)
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Sanitize the broccoli by soaking it in bleach diluted in water for 15 minutes (1 cup of soup for 1 L of water). Then rinse with running water.
  2. Cut the broccoli florets and place in a glass refractory. Reserve.
  3. Beat the cream, the whites and the seasonings in the blender.
  4. Pour this homogeneous cream over the broccoli.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the broccoli and bake in the oven (180°) for 15 minutes or until the cream is firm.
  6. Serve immediately
