- Skimmed milk500 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Pepper to taste
- Frozen broccoli300 g
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Thaw the broccoli and remove excess liquid with a paper towel. Reserve.
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the flour. Stir with a fouet until it starts to foam.
- Add the milk and continue stirring over medium heat, until it thickens. Season with salt and freshly grated nutmeg. Reserve.
- Place the broccoli on a platter and season with salt and pepper (you can add dried herbs if you like). Pour the white sauce on top and top with grated Parmesan.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven until the cheese is melted and golden (about 30 minutes).
