  • Skimmed milk500 ml
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Pepper to taste
  • Frozen broccoli300 g
  • Grated Parmesan to taste
  1. Thaw the broccoli and remove excess liquid with a paper towel. Reserve.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter and add the flour. Stir with a fouet until it starts to foam.
  3. Add the milk and continue stirring over medium heat, until it thickens. Season with salt and freshly grated nutmeg. Reserve.
  4. Place the broccoli on a platter and season with salt and pepper (you can add dried herbs if you like). Pour the white sauce on top and top with grated Parmesan.
  5. Bake in a preheated medium oven until the cheese is melted and golden (about 30 minutes).
