- Seedless Grapes (your choice)500 g
- Refined sugar1 cup
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Water1/2 cup
- Add the grapes, sugar and water and bring to the boil, stir for about 10/15 minutes, until the skins release the pulp.
- Take it to the blender or mixer (no need to grind, just beat, use the pulse function in the blender)
- Sift and cook over medium/low heat until the jelly thickens and becomes shiny. Serve cold.
