- Gorgonzola cheese200 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Clove Garlic2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg1 to taste
- Put the butter in the pan and let it melt, add the minced garlic and let it brown, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the gorgonzola cheese in small pieces and stir constantly until the cheese melts.
- Once the cheese has melted, add the cream and stir well until smooth.
- Turn off the heat and add the nutmeg to taste.
- Tip is delicious on the barbecue or you can also put it in a good pasta.
