- Salt1 teaspoon

- In a pan, place the salt, margarine, seasonings and the milk, wait for it to boil as soon as it boils, place the wheat flour and stir non-stop with a wooden spoon until all the flour is united. Then pour the dough on a bench wait to cool a little and knead the dough well until it is homogeneous. If necessary add more flour until the dough is smooth, make thin rolls and chop into a gnocchi shape. ➡️ Serve with your favorite sauce. ⚠️ This recipe is not necessary to cook the gnocchi in water.
