  • Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice1/4 unit(s)
  • Cumin1/2 tablespoon
  • Peperoncino or other pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander bunch1/2 unit(s)
  1. Chop garlic, onion, remove the seeds from the peeled tomato. Coarsely chop the tomato. Mix.
  2. Take half of the mixture and cook one of the halves over low heat, adding the cumin and pepper, let it reduce a little. Leave the other half raw.
  3. Mix the cooked sauce with the raw parsley.
  4. Chop the cilantro and add the juice of a quarter of a lemon. Mix well.
  5. Adjust the amount of salt, spiciness and acidity to taste.
  6. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  7. Eat with tortillas or use as a burrito sauce.
