Coloque no liquidificador o leite, o alho, a salsinha e um pouco de sal

Ligue o liquidificador e quando a salsinha estiver bem triturada abra aquela parte superior da tampa e comece a colocar o óleo em fio, sempre constante

A quantidade de óleo pode variar para mais quanto para menos, vai depender do pão, da temperatura do leite e do ambiente, então você vai acrescentando até o liquidificador começar a ter dificuldades para bater e ficar na textura desejada

Transfira para um pote e leve para gelar

Put the milk, garlic, parsley and a little salt in a blender.
