  • Balsamic Acetate100 ml
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  1. In a refractory place the garlic without the peel and the sprigs of rosemary
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Bake on low heat (180°C) for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
