- Mayonnaise500 g
- Garlic heads2 unit(s)
- grated mozzarella350 g
- Oregano to taste
- Chives and parsley to taste
- In a bowl, mix the crushed garlic, mayonnaise, grated mozzarella and seasonings, if desired.
- I cut the 15 French breads in half and spread the paste (see second photo).
- Ready 😁 Just put it on the grill and keep an eye on it, it's ready very fast.
- Another tip, you can also bake it in the oven 😉
