- Garlic stalk1 unit(s)
- Diced onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Bacon150 g
- Coriander to taste
- Water2 cup
- First you will clean and cut the leek into thin slices using only the stalk.
- Then you cut the onion into small cubes and reserve.
- Grate the garlic and reserve.
- Using a knife, cut the bacon into cubes, set aside.
- In a small saucepan with a lid, place a drizzle of olive oil and the bacon to fry.
- When the bacon has fried add the diced onion, grated garlic and the leek to saute.
- Add the cup of rice and then a cup and a half of water.
- Wait for the water to dry and cover the rice. The secret is not to keep stirring this rice all the time. RalServe it hot immediately.
