- Salt to taste
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Black pepper2 tablespoon
- Fine herbs to taste
- Cook the potato in water with a little salt until soft, then place it in a colander
- In a pan add the butter and let it melt.
- Add the potato, black pepper and fine herbs and mix
- Let them fry on one side then turn them over until they are golden brown.
