Fried egg in butter

Peguei uma frigideira anti aderente e coloquei pra esquentar.  

I took a non-stick frying pan and put it to heat.

Adicionei a manteiga e deixei derreter . Quebrei o ovo e deixei fritar por 2 minutos .

I added the butter and let it melt. I broke the egg and let it fry for 2 minutes.

Eu gosto do ovo meio cru . Então não frito muito.  Por isso nem virei .
Mais pra quem quiser a gema durinha , assim que colocar na frigideira e só passa o garfo na gema que ela irá desmanchar e aí frite os dois lados . E depois e só servir com um arroz branquinho feito na hora 

I like the egg half raw. So don't fry too much. That's why I didn't turn around.
More for those who want the hard yolk, as soon as you put it in the frying pan and just pass the fork on the yolk that it will break up and then fry both sides. And then just serve it with white rice, freshly made
