- Calabrian sausage150 g
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic1 tablespoon
- Cassava Flour150 g
- Chopped chives and parsley to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- I soaked the beans for 3 hours, drained the water from the sauce and cooked them with water and salt for 20 minutes.
- I turned off the heat, drained the cooking water. In a skillet, I fried the pieces of pepperoni with the oil, added the cooked beans and the seasonings, sautéed well and added the flour. I mixed the farofa well over low heat so it didn't burn, finished with a green smell. Served with rice and orange slices.
