  • Breadcrumbs1 cup
  • Corn Starch1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour100 mg
  • Ripe Bananas to taste
  • Eggs1 unit(s)
  1. Peel the bananas, cut and discard the ends, using a knife to divide them in half.
  2. Add the egg in a small bowl and now comes the trick to ensure crunch for your fried banana:
  3. put 1 tablespoon (soup) of cornstarch with the egg and use a fork to beat well.
  4. In two other bowls put the wheat flour in one of them and in the other put the breadcrumbs.
  5. Pass the bananas in the wheat flour first, then in the beaten egg and starch mixture and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil, fry the bananas and dry excess fat on a paper towel. Do not fry too many pieces at a time, maximum 3.
  7. otherwise the oil cools down and the bananas get soggy.
  8. Now you can serve and taste your wonderful fried banana!
