  • Desalted and shredded Codfish250 g
  • Potatoes200 g
  • Grated Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
  • Egg4 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  1. Peel and cook the potatoes. Drain the water and knead well.
  2. The cod must be desalted, cooked and shredded.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Make balls with the help of 2 spoons and fry the balls in hot oil. The oil must cover the dumplings!
