- In a bowl add the well-mixed chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste and smoked paprika.
- Add the eggs and mix well.
- Grease a form with olive oil or butter and pour the mixture. On top go the cherry tomatoes cut in half and grated cheese.
- Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the oven. Keep an eye out to see if it's firm and not burning on the sides.
- Once ready spread the oregano
