Rice

Comecei descascando o alho e picando bem . 

I started by peeling the garlic and mincing it well.

Em uma panela grande coloquei o azeite e o alho . Deixei fritar por uns minutos. 

In a large pan, put the oil and garlic. I let it cook for a few minutes.

Depois coloquei o arroz e o sal , deixe refogar por uns 3 minutos. 

Then I put the rice and salt, let it sauté for about 3 minutes.

Depois coloquei a água e deixei cozinhar até secar a água. 

Then I added the water and let it cook until the water dries up.

Depois espere 5 minutos . Para secar totalmente a água e o arroz ficará soltinho. 

Then wait 5 minutes. To completely dry the water and the rice will be loose.
