Boiling water1 l
Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Oil1 tablespoon

Add oil and garlic in a pan
Mix and let it brown
Add rice and salt and mix again.
Let the rice sauté in oil.
Then add boiling water
Cover and let it cook until the water dries up.
