  • Carrot 🥕 | 1 unit(s)
  • Onion 🧅 | 1 unit(s)
  • Various seasonings (garlic, chef's seasoning, black pepper) | 1 to taste
  • Cooked wholemeal pasta | 1 cup
  • Shredded Chicken | 1 cup
  • Egg | 1 unit(s)


  1. Cook the macaroni and set aside.
  2. Using the vegetable slicer, slice the zucchini and carrots. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Fry the onion and garlic. Add the vegetables and pasta and stir until well incorporated. Add the chicken and stir. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. If desired, add a lightly beaten egg. Serve warm.
