- Grated Parmesan Cheese250 g

- Mozzarella250 g

- Garlic, Basil, Oregano0 to taste
- Cut the meat into very thin steaks, season with salt and pepper.
- Bread the steaks, pass them in wheat flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
- Fry the steaks in the oil and set aside.
- Lightly sauté the garlic and basil in a little oil or olive oil, put a sachet of tomato sauce and 100 ml of water, when boiling, add oregano and turn off the heat.
- MOUNTING Put some butter in a pan that can go in the oven, place the already fried breaded meat, cover with plenty of mozzarella, put the sauce on top and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 200 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
