  • Beef Fillet1 kg
  • Seasonings0 to taste
  • Breadcrumbs1.1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour1.1/2 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese250 g
  • Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella250 g
  • Oil0 to taste
  • Garlic, Basil, Oregano0 to taste
  1. Cut the meat into very thin steaks, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Bread the steaks, pass them in wheat flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry the steaks in the oil and set aside.
  4. Lightly sauté the garlic and basil in a little oil or olive oil, put a sachet of tomato sauce and 100 ml of water, when boiling, add oregano and turn off the heat.
  5. MOUNTING Put some butter in a pan that can go in the oven, place the already fried breaded meat, cover with plenty of mozzarella, put the sauce on top and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
