  • Pig feet and tail70 g
  • Sirloin60 g
  • Calabrian sausage100 g
  • Ribs100 g
  • Black beans1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Bay leaf4 unit(s)
  • Chives to taste
  • Garlic Clove6 unit(s)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Orange2 unit(s)
  1. Soak the meats for 36 hours or more, changing the water several times a day, this will reduce the salt in the meat.
  2. First we are going to cook the toughest meats, after adding the softest ones. When it's cooked, remove it and let's cook the beans.
  3. To cook the beans add the bay leaves. When it is already cooked, let's season it.
  4. Fry the onion and garlic and add the spices. Mix in the beans and bring to a boil. Now let's add the meats again and let it boil a few more minutes until the broth is thick.
  5. Tip: serve with orange slices, cabbage sautéed in garlic, rice and farofa. Perfect for lunch on cold days ♥️
