  • Pig's feet2 unit(s)
  • Laurel (leaf)2 unit(s)
  • Dried meat500 g
  • Garlic to taste
  • Onion to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Desalt the dried meat and set aside, scald the pork meat and set aside, soak the beans for at least 2 hours.
  2. Sauté all the meats, add the beans and cover with water up to 2 fingers above the beans. Put it under pressure for about 45 minutes or until everything cooks.
  3. In another pan, sauté garlic and onion in lard until golden and then add the cooked beans with the meats and the bay leaf.
  4. Wait for it to boil and thicken the broth to your liking. Hit the salt and it's ready to eat.
