  • Green Smell to taste
  • Bay leaves2 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Cachaça2 tablespoon
  1. Place the meats in water overnight to desalt.
  2. Place the pork jerky, ear, foot and tail in the pressure cooker and season the paio with black pepper.
  3. Take them out and put the beans to cook
  4. After cooking, put the meats back and season with the onion, green smell, garlic and bay leaves and let it cook a little longer.
