- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
- Cook the beans without seasoning for 30 min
- Fry the bacon and pepperoni
- And in the bacon fat, sauté garlic, onion and carrot finely chopped.
- Season to taste I use Bahian paprika, and my special bean seasoning
- Add the beans to the refogados, and Finish with salt
