- Butter beans2 cup
- Paio200 g
- Bacon100 g
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Paprika1 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Soak the butter beans for 12 hours and then pressure cook them covered in water
- Fry the bacon and paio, after they are well fried, add the garlic, and the seasonings (paprika, salt and black pepper)
- Add the already cooked beans with the broth to the stew and finish with parsley and bay leaf
