  • Knorr broth1 to taste
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • grated cheese1 cup
  1. In a pan, cook half a kilo of beans (soaked the day before) with 3 liters of cold water for about 40 minutes.
  2. In another pan, heat the oil and brown the bacon, onion and garlic. Add cilantro and rice.
  3. Sauté well and add the cooked beans with the broth, the Seasoning and Flavor and the salt.
  4. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked through and moist.
  5. Mix the chopped curd cheese and cover the pan so that the steam melts the cheese. serve.
