  • Pepperoni Sausage1/2 unit(s)
  • Bacon30 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Corn Flour11/2 cup
  • Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper and Bahia Seasoning to taste
  • Green Smell40 g
  1. Cut the coalho cheese, bacon, pepperoni sausage and onion into medium cubes. The garlic crush. Reserve.
  2. In a pan, put the olive oil and brown the pepperoni sausage and bacon. Then add the rennet cheese to brown it too and finally to brown the garlic and onion.
  3. Mix well, add the corn flour and add the salt and spices and mix well. Add the green smell and mix well. And serve.
