Cooked Butter Beans1 cup
Olive oil50 ml
Pst (Textured Soy Protein)1 cup
Salt to taste
Liquid Smoke1 coffee spoon
Chili Pepper to taste
Corn flour1 cup

Cook the butter beans in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes. You can use it immediately in the recipe or store it in the fridge for later use.
For the farofa, start by adding the olive oil, the pts, the salt and the liquid smoke to the pan.
Take to the fire and leave until the pts are golden and crispy. Stir constantly so as not to burn.
Then add the cooked butter beans and the pout pepper. If the manteiguinha beans are cold, mix them with the beans and bring to the boil until heated through.
Finally, just add the corn flour.
The recipe is now ready and can be served. A very quick, tasty and practical recipe.
