Cooked Butter Beans1/2 cup
Chopped Onion1/4 cup
Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
Chopped Bacon1 tablespoon
Fine cassava flour3/4 cup
Ground Black Pepper to taste
Sea Salt to taste
Chopped green onion to taste
Butter1 tablespoon
Soybean oil1 tablespoon
Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon

In a pan heat the oil together with the butter and lightly fry the onion.
Add bacon and fry well. Add the garlic and paprika and sauté quickly.
Add the chives and beans, season with salt and pepper and mix, sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the flour and stir over low heat until the flour is toasted. Adjust the salt.
Transfer to another container and let cool completely before serving.
