- Diced Bacon1/2 cup
- Sliced plantain3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Sweet paprika1/2 teaspoon
- Butter5 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Fry the bacon and add garlic and onion, sauté well.
- Add olive oil and butter, salt, paprika and cassava flour.
- Stir well over low heat to give it a crunch.
- Finish with green smell and fried banana and stir.
- Add more olive oil or butter depending on whether you like it wetter or drier.
