  • Pepperoni sausage100 g
  • grated carrot1 unit(s)
  • Corn1/2 can(s)
  • Pea1/2 can(s)
  • Red Pepper1/2 cup
  • Green pepper1/2 cup
  • Yellow pepper1/2 cup
  • Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
  • Aged Rice2/2 cup
  • Corn flour2/2 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  1. Fry the bacon until golden (be careful not to get hard), then add the pepperoni and fry for + 3 minutes. Remove the excess fat, put the something and sauté, then the butter and as soon as it melts add the peppers and sauté a little + then the carrot and sauté for + 2 minutes, put the peas and corn, salt and pepper of the kingdom to taste. Then the rice and sauté for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and start adding the flour little by little, the amount of flour is to taste, if you like it more wet, add less or + for more dryness. Then finish with green smell to taste.
  2. Tip: You can replace the corn flour with cassava or use half and half, it's delicious too. For a larger quantity, double the recipe.
