  • Raw cassava flour500 g
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Bacon100 g
  • Calabrian sausage stick1 unit(s)
  • Half Moon Onion1 unit(s)
  • grated carrot1 unit(s)
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Olive1/2 cup
  • Raisins to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chives to taste
  1. Melt the butter in a large frying pan and add the cassava flour, add salt and black pepper and stir until toasted. Reserve.
  2. In the same skillet, put the olive oil and fry the Bacon and the pepperoni sausage.
  3. Add the onion and leave until wilted.
  4. Add the carrot and mix.
  5. Add the egg and stir until cooked.
  6. Add the flour, olives and raisins and mix well.
  7. If the farofa is dry, add a little olive oil to make it more moist. Taste to see if the salt is good.
  8. Turn off the heat and add the chives.
