  • Pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Bacon300 g
  • Beef300 g
  • Onion to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Cheese to taste
  • Ham to taste
  • Sugar2 coffee spoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Water2 cup
  1. In a bowl, mix the couscous flour, salt, sugar and water little by little.
  2. After mixing, let it rest.
  3. Chop the pepperoni, the bacon, the sertão meat, the onion and take it to fry.
  4. In the couscous pan, place the pasta to cook for approximately 15 minutes or until the pasta is fluffy.
  5. Add the frittata with the couscous and add the cheese, ham and cilantro.
  6. Now just serve.
