- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Bacon100 g
- Calabrian sausage stick1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Olives1/2 cup
- Raisins to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chives to taste
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan and add the cassava flour, add salt and black pepper and stir until toasted. Reserve.
- In the same skillet put the olive oil and fry the bacon and pepperoni sausage.
- Add the onion and leave until wilted.
- Add the grated carrot and mix.
- Add the egg and stir until cooked.
- Add the flour and mix.
- Add the olives and raisins and mix well.
- If the farofa is dry, add a little olive oil to make it more moist.
- Turn off the heat and add the chives.
