  • Manioc300 g
  • Desalted dried meat500 g
  • Cottage cheese1/2 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Mozzarella100 g
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  1. Sauté the onion and tomato and add the desalted cooked dried meat
  2. Cook the cassava and after cooking, take it to the processor together with the butter, the cottage cheese, salt and black pepper, process until it turns into a cream
  3. Assemble a very thin layer of the cream, a very generous layer of the braised jerky, and finish with more cream.
  4. Add the grated mozzarella cheese and take it to the oven to gratin and serve
