Escondidinho with cassava with potato, ground beef and cheese

Cozinhe as batatas, em água e sal. Depois descasque , amasse elas, coloque em um recipiente e misture com leite líquido e margarina. Fazendo um purê e deixe reservado.

Cook the potatoes in water and salt. Then peel, mash them, place in a container and mix with liquid milk and margarine. Purée and set aside.

Pegue uma panela, adicione óleo vegetal, cebola, alho e a carne moída. Tempere com sal, pimenta e coentro e cozinhe a carne durante 25 minutos, com a panela tampada e fogo baixo. Carne está pronta. 

Take a pan, add vegetable oil, onion, garlic and ground beef. Season with salt, pepper and cilantro and cook the meat for 25 minutes, with the pan covered and low heat. Meat is ready.

Agora pegue uma assadeira de vidro, adicione o purê de batatas feito e acrescente queijo e carne moída alternadamente, finalizando com fatias de queijo. Depois leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180° por 35 minutos e estará pronta a receit


Now take a glass baking dish, add the mashed potatoes made and add cheese and ground beef alternately, finishing with slices of cheese. Then take it to the preheated oven at 180° for 35 minutes and it will be ready to recipe.
