- In a wide, thick and deep frying pan you will put the oil and fry the onion, garlic, touch up and then add the corn or peas, your choice, the tomato sauté a little. All over low heat, add the tomato corn sachet and mix well and season to taste. When it starts to boil, you will break the eggs, one by one, into the sauce, cover the pan and let the eggs cook. Always on low heat. When the eggs are cooked, add the grated mozzarella and the green smell and cover a little more so the cheese melts. Serve next with white rice.
