- Olive oil to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a frying pan, over low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and the eggs. Cover and wait for the egg whites to start turning white. Add the salt, pepper, tomato sauce over the eggs. Put the cheese covering everything, splash the oregano. Cover and wait for the eggs to cook (can be soft or hard yolk)
