- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Place the eggs in a pan with water and bring to a boil. When it starts to boil, let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, peel the eggs, place in a bowl and mash well with a fork.
- Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Add the mayonnaise, the green smell and mix well.
- Serve with toast, mini pita, rice crackers...
