  1. Dissolve the wheat flour (or cornstarch) in 1/2 cup of milk and set aside. In a pan, the onion in the butter (or margarine). Add the milk with the flour, stir a little and add the rest of the milk and the chopped chicken stock. After boiling, add the curd. Stir constantly until creamy.
