- Salt1 to taste
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Oil or olive oil1 to taste
- Water1 to taste
- In a pan put a little oil and brown the garlic well then put the rice and sauté the rice a little until it becomes very loose add salt to taste
- After sautéing put water two fingers above the rice when it is almost dry if it is not soft put but a little water and also to finish cooking
- When it is dry and soft the rice will be ready 😋
