- Sour cream200 ml
- Mozzarella100 g
- Parmesan50 g
- Black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Grated nutmeg to taste
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a pan, still with the fire off, place all the ingredients except the salt.
- Mix all the ingredients and turn the fire to minimum power.
- Stir constantly, for about 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Adjust the salt, and as soon as it is hot, turn off the heat.
- Wait 2 minutes to incorporate and that's it. Perfect sauce for any pasta.
