  • Aipim1 kg
  • Green smell to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil2 cup
  • Water500 ml
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  1. Put the cassava to cook with a little salt. Cut the jerky into cubes and desalt it.
  2. In a pan put the oil to heat up, when it's hot, put the cassava to fry. Fry until well browned and crispy.
  3. And in another pan put the desalted dried meat to fry.
  4. After everything is fried, transfer to a refractory and finish with the green smell.
