- Pork Belly1 kg
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dry the piece of pork belly with a paper towel, if it is wet.
- Cut into large cubes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Take the air fryer for 10min at 180°C. Open and move.
- Another 10 minutes in the air fryer. Open and move.
- Another 10 minutes in the air fryer. Ready!
- Attention: if you release a lot of fat at the bottom of the air fryer, remove it so you don't soak your dry crackling! :)
